White-Labeling Service Provider Program

White-Labeling Service Partners combine their product and technical knowledge, marketing, sales and customer focus with DLS's nationwide coverage and hosted applications to deliver quality solutions to the SMB/E market. They have business capabilities that have met DLS White Labeling Service Provider Program qualification standards essential to the successful deployment of DLS Hosted PBX and related services.

DLS Hosted PBX Agent Program

DLS Agents can now offer high value Hosted PBX service to their customers. The DLS Hosted PBX Agent program offers significant recurring monthly commissions on business that is sold and booked by the Agent. We work closely with our agents to provide training and support.

We provide our partners with solid residual earnings, products, and support.

Commissions

Residual EarningsResidual monthly life-of-contract commissions on fixed recurring services up to 12% of revenue
Upfront EarningsNon-recurring commissions on all hardware purchases and setup fees up to 20% of GPM

We require from all partners certain skills, experience and demonstrated performance commensurate with their type of partnership. These include:

  • Expertise in selling and supporting hosted IP communications, data/IT services, telephony services and related equipment to the SMB/E market
  • Focus on selling and/or consulting with SMB/E organizations for the sale of IP communications solutions
  • Certain minimal sales, support and technical resources
